SOON IT'S CHRISTMAS

Our first Christmas here in Portugal is approaching in leaps and bounds. Suddenly I think Christmas is great. Must be the weather. Instead of cold, wet and grey, it's warm, dry and sunny with blue skies. Another experience of a special kind. I love it!

On Christmas Eve we decided to have breakfast "out". Unimaginable for me in all the years before, we sat outside, in quite summery temperatures.

For New Year's Eve, we booked a table at our favourite restaurant. Bobby and Emma can be alone that evening without any problems because fireworks are not to be expected.
