DRAWINGS

Now we are moving forward with big steps. In the meantime we have received the final version of the architectural project in AutoCad format from the architects. We have also commissioned the specialist engineers involved to carry out their detailed planning (water, heating, electrical, etc.). When we have received these planning documents, the next steps will be:

• Submission of the project and planning documents for the building permit.

• Tendering of the construction and selection of the companies involved in the construction.

In between, as always, there is a lot to organize and arrange. Now the first thing to do is to wait and drink tea.
