HAPPY NEW YEAR

New year new happiness. We are very happy to welcome the new year here in Portugal. The joy is also particularly great because the construction of our house will start this year.

In the meantime, we have found the contractor to whom we want to entrust the project.

The decisive factor was not only the price, it was much more important to us that he already had experience in building houses in earthen construction. Without such experience, the project could quickly end in disaster.

We discussed the contractual matters with a lawyer in Odemira and drafted a contract template that forms the basis of our cooperation with Luís, our contractor.
